• Greek Word: “Proseuchomai” – literally means “to pray, to offer prayers or petitions to God.”
• Explanation: Prayer is a conversation with God, involving praise, thanksgiving, confession, and requests. It is both relational and functional—it builds intimacy with God while aligning our will with His.

• Be consistent: Make prayer a daily habit. (1 Thessalonians 5:17)
• Be honest: Speak openly about your fears, struggles, and desires. (Psalm 62:8)
• Pray with faith: Believe that God hears and responds. (Mark 11:24)
• Listen: Allow God to speak through His Word, thoughts, impressions, or the Holy Spirit. (John 10:27)

• Greek Word: “Enteuxis” – literally means “a pleading or entreaty on behalf of another.”
• Explanation: Intercession is praying on behalf of others, standing in the gap to bring God’s will into their lives. It is a powerful spiritual responsibility that involves empathy, faith, and spiritual authority.

• Stand in the gap: Focus on the needs of others, not just yourself. (Ezekiel 22:30)
• Pray persistently: Intercessory prayer often requires consistent, faithful prayer. (Luke 18:1-8)
• Use the Word of God: Declare Scripture over the person or situation. (Hebrews 4:12)
• Listen to the Spirit: Allow the Holy Spirit to guide your prayers. (Romans 8:26-27)

At Kairos Voices School of Ministry, our calling extends beyond the classroom. We believe in being the hands and feet of Jesus by serving our community with compassion, prayer, and action. Our outreach efforts include:

• Prison & Jail Ministry – bringing the message of hope, deliverance, and transformation to incarcerated men and women.
• Food Banks & Feeding Programs – providing meals and resources for families and individuals in need.
• Senior Living Outreach – ministering to the elderly through prayer, worship, and companionship.
• Domestic Violence Support – offering prayer, counseling connections, and practical resources for those seeking safety and healing.
• Community Prayer Walks – covering neighborhoods, schools, and cities in intercession.
• Youth & Family Empowerment – equipping the next generation with spiritual and practical tools for life.
